The saddest Lillie’s I have ever received. Extremely disappointed with this experience. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday and the flowers I received were practically dying and they WERE completely dead and LIMP just 2 days later. Not to mention the flowers cut entirely too short and FALLING out of the vase, not even close to touching the water. I contacted the company after receiving the flowers, the man in the phone insured me that they were NOT dead (with an attitude of course). He quickly offered to remake the arrangement and have a new one sent Monday. I thought that was a fair enough solution. Shocker: Monday came and went. No flowers. No replacement. No follow up. And then there’s the difference between what my husband ordered and what I actually recieved. On website it says they can differ to ensure freshest blooms. But that’s the thing, there was nothing fresh about this bouquet. An absolute joke.

Had an arrangement delivered to my girlfriend and it literally looked like someone put flowers in a vase and delivered them no depth very flat looking the vase and bow were bigger than all the flowers. I could have done better myself. Name was spelled wrong as well. Tried calling them and all the calls are forwarded to voicemail. Just collects money produces terrible product and then shuts off all contact.

I ordered flowers from FTD and they came all dead. Called the shop to get replacement and they said they will when they come in. Few days later still no flowers. FTD gave me a full refund on them. Would not recommended.

I hate writing a bad review, but my experience was less than par. I had flowers delivered for my birthday, but they were left in our package box by the road! Needless to say, the flowers were dead. I called the next day and spoke to the owner. He said he would send out another arrangement at no charge. Two days later, FTD contacted them to make it right. They did try to deliver, but we weren’t home. They said they tried to call but we didn’t answer. My phone never rang. They said they would deliver the next day, but would call first. On day three, still nothing! I had my son get a refund. This is ridiculous!!

I ordered through From You Flowers & Unique Designs filled the order. After my order did not arrive yesterday (nor by noon today), I contacted From You. After doing their investigation, they advised an unsuccessful attempt was made to deliver yesterday at 2pm….that is a lie….no way could they have filled the order, then drove from Sulphur to South Lake Charles in the time frame they advised. I placed the order at approximately 1:00 pm….my cameras did not show any activity at that time nor did I receive any type notification that a delivery attempt had been made. Received the delivery this afternoon…..writing on the card is illegible. The flowers are pretty but look nothing like what I ordered. I would not use or recommend this florist.
